RapidIdentity Product Guide


The Settings menu allows users to view their account information, reveal the OTP secret, and to toggle Secure Account.

The information on the Account Info screen depends on how the account was configured. Accounts that require a PIN will not allow toggling Secure Account. Similarly, accounts that were not set up with an OTP secret will not display Show Secret and accounts in which an issuer was not configured will not display an Issuer. This is also where you will determine which account is set as the primary account for the device.

RapidIdentity Server accounts can be synchronized with the RapidIdentity Mobile app by clicking Resync.
